Baltimore Ravens should double-cover Maxx Crosby in Week 2

In fact, the Baltimore Ravens have the personnel they need to be successful offensively in Week 2 against the Las Vegas Raiders. with obvious problems in the offensive, The Ravens cannot allow defensive end Maxx Crosby to cause trouble this afternoon.

The Los Angeles Chargers beat the Raiders last week with a heavy ground attack, and it makes sense that offensive coordinator Todd Monken would follow suit. Still, Knowing Monken, the Ravens will try to string together medium and long passing plays more often than the Chargers.

Monken better have a plan in place to prevent the pocket from collapsing on quarterback Lamar Jackson, which may require him to use double coverage to block Maxx Crosby. The Ravens led the league in sacks allowed last season, and Jackson’s frustration with his newly formed offensive line was very apparent in Week 1.

Ultimately, the Ravens want to avoid an upset in Week 2. In that case, it would be wise to double-cover Crosby and give running back Derrick Henry as many running attempts as possible to tire out the Raiders defense.
