Authorities announce second suspect hours after AMBER Alert issued for missing 6-year-old Kerr County boy

KERR COUNTY, Texas – Ingram police have added a second suspect who officials believe is connected to the kidnapping of a six-year-old boy.

Ingram police officers identified the child as Kameron Parrish. Parrish was last seen around 11:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Brave Run in Ingram.

Law enforcement issued an AMBER alert late Thursday evening.

In addition to their initial search for 32-year-old Talaya Graham, officers added 39-year-old Joseph Graham to their wanted list Friday afternoon.

Parrish is 4 feet 3 inches tall and has brown hair and blue eyes, police said.

Talaya Graham is 1.60 m tall, has brown hair and green eyes.

According to officials, Joseph Graham is 5’5″ tall and has brown hair and brown eyes.

The 39-year-old also has his name tattooed on the left side of his neck. His name is in black and the outline of his name is green, authorities said.

According to Ingram Police, Talaya Graham was last seen in a silver 2014 Nissan Versa with Texas license plate TLS-5425. Police also said Friday that the vehicle had a small dent in the tailgate, a row of four stickers in the center of the vehicle’s rear window and a flag sticker on the rear driver’s side.

Anyone with further information on her whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
