The San Francisco 49ers will be a little banged up in Week 7 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but two of their injured stars will be healthy.

Wide receiver Deebo Samuel and running back Jordan Mason were both removed from the injury report after practicing on a limited basis entering Week 7. They were both full participants on Friday and ready to return after sustaining injuries in Week 6. Samuel injured his wrist and Mason injured his shoulder. According to reporters on site, both players wore non-contact jerseys during practice.

The team also officially ruled out wide receiver Jauan Jennings on Friday’s injury report due to a hip injury he suffered in the team’s Week 6 win over the Seattle Seahawks. Kickers Jake Moody and Matthew Wright are also out.

Moody is dealing with a high ankle sprain that he suffered in Week 5 while attempting a kick return. Wright injured his shoulder in the same way. Anders Carlson will step down from the practice squad to take over kicking duties, although that move has not yet been officially announced. Wright will go on IR.

If Jennings is out, it could open the door for rookie wide receiver Ricky Pearsall to see some time on offense. Pearsall is considered questionable and could be activated off IR for the first time all season. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said the team expects to activate Pearsall.

He was shot in the chest the weekend before the start of the regular season and returned to the field Monday when his practice window opened. Pearsall missed a lot of time in training camp and preseason due to hamstring and shoulder injuries, so it’s unclear how much of an attack he’s depleted. He could also see time as a punt returner.

Here is the full injury report:

Out of

WR Jauan Jennings (hip)

K Jake Moody (ankle)

There are no real surprises here. All three didn’t train at all during the week.

WR Ricky Pearsall (chest)

No, DL Maliek Collins is a big deal here. He wasn’t there at the start of the week but was a full participant on Friday. Givens showed up as a non-participant on Thursday after not being listed on Wednesday’s practice report. He was back in limited action on Friday.
