    2 streets in Bismarck will be temporarily closed due to tree felling

    Parts of two residential streets in Bismarck are to be temporarily closed due to the felling of trees.

    Starting at 9 a.m. Monday, West Avenue C will be closed from North Washington Street to North Mandan Street. Work is expected to be completed by noon. No detours will be in place.

    Then, on Tuesday at 9 a.m., North Fourth Street will be closed from East Boulevard Avenue to East Arikara Avenue. The work is expected to be completed by noon.
